    Primer Congreso Latinoamericano de Derecho de los Juegos de Apuesta

    El Derecho de los Juegos de Apuesta se está consolidando como una de las áreas jurídicas más nuevas, dinámicas y con mayor proyección profesional en el mundo digital. El crecimiento de las apuestas deportivas, los juegos a distancia y otras formas de entretenimiento interactivo ha generado importantes desafíos regulatorios y está
    impulsando la formación de una nueva disciplina jurídica con autonomía dogmática y didáctica, sustentada en principios propios como el principio de garantía del juego justo y el principio del dinamismo tecnológico normativo.

    En este congreso, expertos de América Latina analizarán el impacto de esta actividad en el derecho constitucional, administrativo, civil, comercial, tributario, penal y de protección al consumidor, mostrando cómo esta industria está dando lugar al surgimiento de una nueva especialidad jurídica.

    Giruristi: Revista de Derecho Corporativo  is a biannual publication of a scientific nature edited by the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the ESAN University. Its mission is to contribute to the knowledge of the science of law through the publication of original and unpublished academic research works specialized in Corporate Law and legal matters related to it, with national and international significance. Its vision is to become the main reference source of knowledge in Corporate Law at a regional and global level. It is aimed at lawyers and researchers who are interested in deepening their knowledge of the corporate law.
