Ante el evidente potencial que muestran las nuevas tecnologías para la educación, cada día son más las empresas que desarrollan e implementan programas formativos utilizando las facilidades que estas tecnologías brindan. A su vez, han surgido nuevos proveedores que desarrollan programas formativos basados en estas nuevas tecnologías, buscando mayor eficacia y abaratamiento de los costes en comparación con la formación tradicional. El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar los factores relevantes para el éxito de los programas de formación con soporte tecnológico, a partir del caso de una empresa española analizado en profundidad. Dichos factores se han articulado en un modelo conceptual que respeta algunas propuestas teóricas realizadas con anterioridad y con las cuales encaja razonablemente bien.
