Abstract

The publication of the fifth issue of the Revista de Derecho Corporativo, Giuristi demonstrates the support of ESAN Ediciones and the commitment of the School of Law and Social Sciences to contribute to academic research in the legal field, with an emphasis on internationalization. Having consolidated our presence in the corporate law sector, with thousands of readers since our creation, the next challenge for our teams is to achieve international indexing that will allow us to increase the dissemination of our journal as a promoter of legal science.
