Abstract

As the year 2022 draws to a close, we are pleased to present the sixth issue of Giuristi: Revista de Derecho Corporativo, a publication that, as highlighted in previous editions, constitutes a remarkable research effort that contributes to the legal reflection of students, teachers and legal professionals, with a critical vision and an international perspective.

The demands of the contemporary world not only require academic criticism, which is a way to contribute to the improvement of the legal system for the benefit of society, but also to provoke in the new generations the spirit of obtaining solutions to consolidate the republican balances that make up the rule of law.
