We are witnesses to the efforts made by the State through public administration to alleviate the problems present in society. In the article under review, the authors Villegas and Cairampoma emphasize that these efforts are insufficient to achieve public goals or interests, and point out that other actors in society carry out actions aimed at achieving these goals focused on social responsibility. They pay special attention to the actions carried out by universities, as part of "university social responsibility", with a focus on administrative law.
